Community Health Team

Essex Pediatrics is committed to the best care of the patient.  We recognize that supporting the family, as well as the patient, is critical to wellness.

Our specialized community health team and partnerships with community resources was created to provide more resources for our patients and their families right here in our office.

The Parent Consult clinic, Social Work consults, Nutrition and Psychology partnerships are examples of services we offer here to more fully meet the needs of our patients and families.
