Mental Health Group Interns 2025-2026

Molly Doran

Molly is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Wake Forest University and currently serves as the Dean of Students at Burlington High School. Originally from Massachusetts, she has lived in Vermont for the past eight years. Molly has been at BHS for five years, where she supports adolescents through academic, social, and emotional challenges. Prior to this role, she worked as a counseling teacher at Centerpoint School, a therapeutic alternative school. She earned her undergraduate degree in Media & Society from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she also played on the varsity squash team. After graduation, Molly served with City Year in San Antonio, working with high school students in under-resourced schools. She has over a decade of experience working with adolescents and is deeply passionate about supporting the mental health of youth and their families. Outside of her professional life, Molly enjoys playing tennis, taking walks with her dog Pepper, and cheering on the Boston Celtics.
